Our soft wholewheat sandwich loaf is made with 90% Canadian whole wheat flour and 10% organic hard red spring wheat flour (high protein bread flour to help with the rise) that is high in fibre, vitamins and nutrients.
Unlike commercially-produced & grocery store-bought bread, this loaf contains no additives, preservatives, or fillers; just pure high-quality ingredients. -
Whole wheat flour, organic hard red spring wheat flour, fine sea salt, yeast, water (filtered).
Extra virgin olive oil is used for non-stick purposes.
Organic rice flour is used for non-stick purposes. -
