how to place AN ORDER

By clicking on Our Products, you will be led to our products page which showcases each individual baked good that we offer at Laura Anne’s Bakehouse. When you’re ready to place your order, simply click on any “Order Here” button throughout our website and you will be led to Tock, our ordering system. (Don’t worry if you forget what you want to order, you’ll be able to see all of our products, prices, quantities, etc. when you’re directed to Tock.)

When you click on the “Order Here” button, a window will come up on your screen with a calendar where you can choose your desired date that you would like your order ready for. The soonest date you may choose for your pick-up order is three days in advance, with a cut-off of 7pm daily. For example, if you were to place an order at 10.00pm on a Wednesday, the soonest date that your order will be ready is Tuesday. (We are closed on Sundays & Mondays.) If you were to place your order at 6.00pm on a Wednesday, the soonest date that your order will be ready is Saturday.

When you choose your preferred date, you can then select a time from the available pick-up times. You will then be lead to our menu page where you can select your items and complete your order. Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email from us reviewing your order. You will also receive a friendly reminder email on the day of your scheduled pick-up.

We recommend sitting in your favourite chair, grab a cosy blanket, a warming drink, and take your time as you browse through our delicious hand-crafted bakes; read through the product descriptions, view photos, ingredient lists, and allergy & dietary guidelines.
