3. General
3.1 We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect from when they are posted on the website, and it is your responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions on each occasion that you use this website. Your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest Terms and Conditions.
3.2 At Laura Anne’s Bakehouse, we will follow customer provided recommendations, directions, and specifications to the best of our ability. Every item that leaves the kitchen of Laura Anne’s Bakehouse is handmade, meaning each item is unique and will look slightly different from the photos provided on our website.
3.3 When you place an order with Laura Anne’s Bakehouse, we collect certain personal and transactional information (e.g. name, phone number, email address). For details on how we use this information, please read our Privacy Policy.
3.5 By placing an order with Laura Anne’s Bakehouse you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy or have questions with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please contact Laura at lauraannesbakehouse@gmail.com before placing an order with us.
4. Cancellation and Return Policy
4.1 Cancellation Policy
Laura Anne’s Bakehouse will accept cancelled orders up to FOUR (4) days (96 hours) prior to your scheduled pick-up or delivery date and time. This will be based off of the date and time-stamp from the order form that was emailed to Laura Anne’s Bakehouse. Once preparation and baking has begun, there will be no refunds provided for cancellations. If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to lauraannesbakehouse@gmail.com at a minimum of FOUR (4) days (96 hours) prior to your scheduled pick-up or delivery date and time, and provide the following information:
- your name
- your order confirmation number (starts with ‘TOCK’)
- reason(s) why you wish to cancel your order
You will be refunded via Interac e-Transfer from lauraannesbakehouse@gmail.com. Please provide an email address for Interac e-Transfer.
Depending on the circumstance, Laura Anne’s Bakehouse may grant a full/partial refund for a cancelled order within the four day (96 hours) period.
For orders placed through our website, any refund will not include the Tock order fee that was originally charged when placing your order.
4.2 Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, Laura Anne’s Bakehouse does not accept returns or exchanges for any of our products. We are unable to control how our products are transported and/or stored once they leave our bakery or when they’re delivered. Please read our ‘Storage and Freezing Guidelines’ here.
If you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, please send an email to lauraannesbakehouse@gmail.com within ONE (1) DAY (24 hours) of the date and time in which you received your order, and provide the following information:
- your name
- your order confirmation number (starts with ‘TOCK’)
- photos of the product and/or packaging in question
- a description of the issue
- information on how your item was transported or stored (if applicable)
4.3 Changes and Modifications
Laura Anne’s Bakehouse will NOT accept any changes to your order after it has been placed.
We strive to do our best to accommodate your needs and be sure that you are satisfied with your experience with us.
