  • Black and white sesame seed-crusted sourdough made with a 12 grain blend flour.

    When you slice into this sourdough, you will find a mix of black and white sesame seeds, complimenting the toasted seeds on the crust. The burst of sesame seeds gives this loaf a slightly nutty flavour.

    As with all of our sourdough breads, they're 100% true sourdough using our three year old sourdough starter, The Doughager Countess (named after Maggie Smith's character in Downton Abbey - Violet Crawley, The Dowager Countess of Grantham).

  • Organic white wheat flour, organic whole grain spelt flour, organic whole grain rye flour, whole grain kamut, whole grain barley flour, whole grain buckwheat flour, whole grain oat flakes, ground brown flax seeds, white quinoa, amaranth seeds, hulled sunflower seeds, hulled millet, sesame seeds, sourdough starter (organic white wheat flour, water [filtered]), fine sea salt, water (filtered).

    Organic white rice flour is used for non-stick purposes.
