Savoury Maldon flaky sea salt sprinkled on our signature focaccia dough, which consists of sourdough starter, organic white bread flour, and a pinch of active yeast to achieve a fluffy, airy crumb.
High-quality, organic extra virgin olive oil is drizzled on top and dimpled to create bubbles in the dough.This focaccia may be lightly dressed but is full of flavour!
It's great for sandwiches, to make into garlic bread or croutons, as an accompaniment to soup, chili or stew, or to enjoy it as it is. -
